Pilot Media was hired to collect evidence for a dispute that was heard in the Leon County Courts. We provided two images from an altitude of 50 feet and a short video from an altitude of 30 feet. The images were corrected for distortion and produced with a grid sized to 12" squares overlaying the image. The overlays illustrate the dimension of the retaining wall construction (see arrow) and their out-of-square relationship to the building.

The following image illustrates the dimensions of a longer wall with arrows to highlight the improper skew over the 30-foot section of retaining wall pictured below. Given this image, it is clear that the wall is not square to the house.

In some cases, the water appeared to flow toward the foundation of the house. We created the visual effect by spreading garden soil on the pavers and then raking the soil as lines parallel to the house. The water from the hose clearly illustrates the drainage problem, water flowing toward tand under the foundation of the house.
